WELCOME to the United Hapkido Federation website
Our Federation is open to all styles, Kwan, and organizations of Hapkido including Too Gong Moo Sool, Hwarang Do, Kuk Sool Won etc. Further, our members need not leave their
parent organization or Kwan to become a member. In fact, we encourage you to
maintain your identity. You need not change your curriculum, however, if needed
we will provide technical support and guidance to further your understanding of
Hapkido. All Rank advancement or recognition must be approved by our promotion
board. That means that regardless of the format of their curriculum we
must assess their skill level. Therefore, membership and rank are two separate
and distinct areas. Rank is based on ability, merit, and time involved, not in
money paid. Membership is achieved by paying membership costs. I would like this
organization to become an equivalent Kukkiwon / Kodokan for Hapkido.
Best wishes ~
Grandmaster Ronald R. Suggs ~
