2010 West Coast Annual Seminar results...
Hello Senior Grandmasters, Grandmaster, Masters, Instructors. and students
This years event was a big success! We had over 20 members during the two day event. I want to thank Master Wilson and Master Nesky for a job well done on promoting and hosting the event! In addition they both put on a interesting and exciting block of instruction. I wish that we could have had more members in attendance, however I know that everyone is dealing with time and financial issues. I hope that all members will be able to come and join me on the Central Oregon Coast for next years event. Next years event will be on the 4th & 5th of June 2011. At this event I will bring in some outside Grandmasters to conduct seminars. Don't miss this one!

GM Suggs Informs us today..."He was told by Senior Grandmaster Sang Lee (88 Olympic Coach Taekwondo and USTC President) that Senior Grandmaster Lee, Sang Wan was voted in as the new Kukkiwon President. Senior Grandmaster Lee, Sang Won is also the President of the Taekwondo Jidokwan, Korea.

I am planning a trip again to Korea this February/ March to attend the Jidokwan Annual Party and to honor President Lee at the Kukkiwon. Those who would like to be involved with this historical event please contact me prior to the end of December 2009! I would like to have a big turnout for this event. Further I would like to visit the Hapkido Heuk Choo Kwan H.Q. and other Hapkido offices. I would like for everyone to attend the Hapkido Heuk Choo Kwan 50th Party!

Also don't forget we are having a very full month of training in January 2010. The training will be in Vancouver, Canada, Seattle Washington, and Chester Virginia! ( yes, Master Boese and I survived the Kukkiwon Masters training in Chicago, Ill this last week!)"

March 2009 Martial Arts Pioneer Passes On Senior Grandmaster CHOI, TAE HONG             May 28, 1935  -  March 8, 2009 Portland, Oregon: Early Sunday morning, March 8, 2009 Renowned Senior Grandmaster Choi, Tae Hong passed away.
